Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of £30 or 20% of the total fee (whichever is the higher) is required at the time of booking.

For bookings of 2 nights or less or bookings made within 4 weeks of the date of arrival full payment will be required.

A deposit is not transferable

Payment:
Whilst we may accept a booking on payment of a deposit, the balance of fees is then payable at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date

Cancellations:
If less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival unfortunately you will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless the pitch can be filled for the same period.

Refunds:
We will not be liable for refunds in the case of inclement weather during your stay or you are unable to stay for the full period booked for any reason

Arrival:
Your pitch will be available after 1pm. Please find your pitch (it will be signed) and settle in. Please inform us of any delay in arrival, it is preferable arrivals are in by 8pm.

If you have not arrived by 12pm the next day we reserve the right to reallocate the pitch, if we have not been contacted.

Departure:
Pitches to be vacated by 11pm. A later departure may be pre arranged dependant on availability of the pitch.  A fee of £5 to vacate by 7pm

Group bookings:
At the discretion of the management. Please enquire prior to booking.

Day visitors:
Visitors are welcome but must be pre arranged and incur a fee of £1 per car & £1 per person. Visitors to vacate by 8pm

Dos & Don’ts on the park:
Please keep to the 10mph speed limit

Awnings/Gazebo’s/Porches to be erected on the hard standing. For standard sizes the pitch should be adequate. Should you be using a grass pitch then please only use a breathable groundsheet.

BBQ’s are permitted but please ensure they are only used well above the ground to prevent any scorching and allow the charcoal to cool down completely before disposal in the refuse bins. Open fires are not permitted.

Cars to be parked on the hard standing only

Cars and caravans can be washed on site with permission of the park management but at an extra fee of £3 per car/caravan

Please bring £1 coins for the washing machine/dryer

We do have a recycling policy so please use the facilities provided.

Please be considerate to other guests. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm

Please keep your dogs on the lead and under control at all times around the park; we have a dog walk area for your use. Please always clean up after your dogs. Never leave your dog(s) unattended on the park

Please ensure children are supervised at all times
